Motivation to Go Above and Beyond
When asked what motivates her to exceed expectations, Sheila shared that her driving force is the commitment to providing the best service possible to clients and customers. Working in a newly created department, Sheila has embraced the challenges that come with breaking new ground and pushing boundaries to improve both her own work and the work of her team.
“I am willing to work before hours, after hours, and continue following up until answers are provided. It gives me great satisfaction to be able to break new ground and share my findings with my team. Doing so not only helps me do my job faster, easier, and more accurately, but it also enables me to create instructions that guide my team in implementing these new and improved ways to accomplish their goals.”
Favorite Part of Working at BOS
While Sheila’s work ethic and commitment to excellence are clear, it’s her appreciation for the people she works with that truly stands out. “My absolute favorite part about working at BOS is the people that I have the pleasure to work with. Everyone here is so nice and thoughtful. They make me feel special and appreciated even when all I did was walk past their desk.”
Keeping Fraud Prevention Top of Mind
In her role, Sheila plays a critical part in safeguarding sensitive information, particularly when it comes to personal information. Sheila understands the importance of maintaining security and is proactive in preventing fraud. Her attention to detail and commitment to security ensures that our clients’ sensitive information remains protected, which is crucial in today’s digital world.
"If my client has never received a secure email before, I will speak with them over the phone and walk them through what to click on in the email, how to create an account, and how to view any other secure emails sent to them going forward.”
